Pancakes we had for Dinner

1 cup flour

3 T. sugar

2 t. salt

1 t. baking soda

1 t. baking powder

4 eggs

2 cups vanilla yogurt

Mix dry ingredients first.  Then add wet ingredients, whisk all together.  Let sit for at least 10 minutes.  Then scoop onto skillet and know how to make a pancake.  These do take a bit to actually cook though, so be patient with them.  I used 1/4 cup scoop for each pancake and they needed 4 minutes on the first side, a little shorter on the second side.  

I liked these.  They weren't heavy and mostly packed full of protein. 

And now if I owned an iphone, I'd have an easy pic to slide in below of how they turned out.  

But I don't.  So I don't.
