Pancakes we had for Dinner
1 cup flour
3 T. sugar
2 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
2 cups vanilla yogurt
Mix dry ingredients first. Then add wet ingredients, whisk all together. Let sit for at least 10 minutes. Then scoop onto skillet and cook....you know how to make a pancake. These do take a bit to actually cook though, so be patient with them. I used 1/4 cup scoop for each pancake and they needed 4 minutes on the first side, a little shorter on the second side.
I liked these. They weren't heavy and mostly packed full of protein.
And now if I owned an iphone, I'd have an easy pic to slide in below of how they turned out.
But I don't. So I don't.
